How does the consulting process work?

Our consulting process begins with an in-depth assessment of your business needs, followed by creating a realistic and achievable plan, then an on-site consultant who will help implement the plan and guide you along the way.

We create a real working plan that teaches you how to identify bottle-necks, calculate opportunity value as well as lost income, implement solutions, and track KPIs and metrics for and effective results.

What industries do you specialize in?

We specialize in various industries with a focus on small to medium size businesses, including: technology, healthcare, consturction, veterinary, retail, auto, dental, restaurant, manufacturing, fencing, security, apiary, nursery, maintenance, lawn care, logistics, and insurance. We offer tailored services to meet diverse needs.

Do I have to pay upfront?

At Squelch we have our customers at the forefront of our minds in all our decisions and policies. Just like you, we would not want to pay for something upfront that we don't know will work. 

This is why at Squelch, as a customer, you are not tied into a contract. We also have you rate us at the end of each week. 

Consultants are paid on a weekly basis, so you will have no costs until Thursday each week. Those costs include their time, and expenses. 

Can I pay after the project is complete?

Unfortunately, no, invoices will be presented and are due each week on Thursdays. 

However, if you are not seeing positive change, you are not tied into a contract and can terminate the contract whenever you like.  We encourage our clients to follow the plan created and stick with it until the end of the project to see the lasting results start to take place. 

Does it cost money for business assessment?

Yes, there is a fixed fee of $500 as well as expenses (if incurred) for the assesor or consultant. 

We know money can be tight, but we also know that in order to make change we need to invest in ourselves, and an investment whether its time or finances is always worth it!
